Nicole fluidly navigates between left and right brain to design creative and strategic masterpieces. Her ability to envision a property’s potential - to see what others do not - & to manifest results is a secret weapon. By imagining and creating successful spaces, homes & business plans - Nicole empowers clients to be extraordinary & to achieve their financial benchmarks, while being surrounded by beauty. In her spare time, you may find Nicole riding her horse with her daughter, paddling to obscur islands, scouring emerging neighborhoods and creating installation art, as she champions owners and engages communities to thrive. Well versed in sustainable neighborhood revitalization practices, Nicole applies the aforementioned principles to develop and implement award winning local / national programs and truly unique spaces, that frame her clients’ dreams. Nicole, her daughter, their horse, dog, cat, chickens & house rabbit reside on Deer Isle - having moved back to Maine in 2018. Nicole received her BA from Brandeis University, completed graduate work at The Chicago Institute of Art (Interior Architecture) & received her masters from Cornell University in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
